Our steaks come from GOLD CANYON NATURAL RESERVE. They are CERTIFIED GOURMET ANGUS BEEF (no antibiotics, steroids or animal byproducts fed to our cattle EVER).

The combination of GOLD CANYON GOURMET ANGUS BEEF and a hint of our PROPRIETARY WHISKEY MARINADE puts our steaks in a category by themselves.

The whiskey in our marinade is produced locally by Elevation 5003 Distillery
