Bourbon French Onion Soup

The Still is the first restaurant I think to bring visiting family/friends to, or tell people about when recommending places to eat in Fort Collins. Always a lovely dining experience and beautifully crafted whiskey cocktails and single pour offerings. Try the Smokey Bear cocktail!

Meat Tornado

I started with the Meat Tornado, but quite honestly what didn't I try as I had the luxury of being with a large group who fortunately like to share. The Meat Tornado was perfection and the bone marrow elevated it to the next level. The French Onion Soup was a cheesy-savory bomb of goodness. The Meat Pile, Sliced Fillet (Holy god those glazed carrots!), Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus, and Strawberry Shortcake special with Orange Ice Cream (and a magical herb I can't recall - Sage? Thyme?) was all pretty mind-blowing. Not forgetting to mention the extensive selection of Japanese Whisky. Yum. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Bourbon French Onion

Best french onion soup I've ever had. It tastes like it has been cooking for days it is bursting with so much delicious flavor. I get it every time and if you love french onion soup, you HAVE to try it.

Pan-Seared Salmon*

First off, best salmon ive ever had. I have actually been to this location multiple times, it holds a special place in me and my fiances hearts. It was our first date, and the food is fantastic on top of a special memory. Not only is the food delicious in every way, but the staff is the best service I've ever gotten and I was a server myself for a while. On our 1 year we went back here to celebrate and my fiance is diabetic and they went to Mary mountain cookies and got him a sugar free cookie and plated it for him. Very thoughtful, and we will be bringing people in soon to show them our favorite restaurant.

Lavender Sage Cake

The new desserts are to die for! We tried the lavender sage cake and the chocolate tart and both were incredible. The Still is one of our family's favorite restaurants in Fort Collins. The food is always fantastic, the servers are friendly and attentive, and we love the atmosphere.

Steak Tips

Sooooo yummy! They are served in a small cast iron pan, seared in bacon grease and swimming in fondu cheese. Goes perfectly with a wedge salad!

Lobster Butter

The Lobstah Buttah was ta die for. Not even kidding. Elevate the steak and mm mmm mmmm. I get it every time and dip that sweet, perfectly cooked rare filet in bite by bite and am never disappointed. Heading back in a week for the lady's bday and I know what I'm getting!
